My Save Service Co., Ltd.

General Parcel Delivery Service Agreement​

My Safe Service Co., Ltd. ("My Save") provides domestic parcel receiving, depositing, and delivery services by aggregating leading logistics providers into a single system. My Safe's policy is to appoint external natural or juristic persons as Partners to expand its network of parcel service points. The Partner wishes to join My Safe's parcel receiving/depositing/sending service points ("Parcel Service Shop") to facilitate customers ("Shipper") in sending parcels through My Safe's system. The Partner agrees to deliver the parcels received from the Shipper to My Safe or the designated logistics provider. The Partner warrants that the parcels delivered are in complete, correct, and proper condition for onward delivery to the final recipient ("Consignee").


1. Definitions

Unless otherwise specified in the Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

​“Mysave” means My Save Service Co., Ltd., including its authorized representatives, employees, or persons appointed by the company to act on its behalf to provide services under the Agreement

​“Partner” means the natural or juristic person that enters into a business partnership agreement with My Safe, including its employees or personnel working under its supervision.

​“Contracting Parties” means My Safe and the Partner as detailed in Appendix 1.

​“Parcel Service Shop” means the Partner's establishment authorized to use My Safe's system, trademarks, or operational format.

​“Logistics Provider” means the parcel carrier or other service provider chosen by the Shipper.

​“Shipper/Customer” means the natural or juristic person who owns the parcel and deposits it for sending through the Partner's shop.

​“Consignee” means the natural or juristic person entitled to receive the parcel, including an authorized representative.

​“Benefits” means the advantages or privileges determined by My Safe for the Partner, such as discounts, promotions, marketing support, or access to other systems/resources.

​“Shipping Fee” means the delivery service fee paid by the Shipper to My Safe at the specified rate.

​“Compensation” means the money or benefits paid by My Safe to the Partner for operating the Parcel Service Shop.

​“Electronic Wallet Account (e-Wallet)” means My Safe's electronic account for recording and transferring funds related to the Agreement.

​“AMS System (Agent Management System)” means My Safe's management system to assist the Partner in registration, creating parcel entries, calculating prices, printing documents, tracking status, and performance evaluation.

2. Duties and Responsibilities of the Partner

2.1 Partners must receive, inspect and collect parcel service fees at the specified rates before delivering them to My Save and performing tasks in accordance with the specified guidelines.

2.2 You must comply with the terms of delivery, cash on delivery (COD), manuals and announcements of My Save. Access to the system is considered acceptance of the terms and changes.

2.3 The service rate must be used according to My Save's standards. If it is set by yourself and affects the image, My Save has the right to adjust the rate and notify in advance.

2.4 Must provide information and instructions to the sender in accordance with the law and the requirements of My Save or the shipping service provider.

2.5 The sender's identity and documents must be verified and cooperation must be provided in resolving the issue as scheduled.

2.6 Prohibited products must be reported according to the law and regulations. Do not modify or use the My Safe mark without permission.

2.7 Must provide correct information and cooperate in preventing damage. If it is caused by negligence, the partner must be responsible.

2.8 The parcel must be checked for correctness, not for prohibited items, and packed properly. If damaged due to the partner's fault, full compensation must be paid.

2.9 Must cooperate in public relations and participate in marketing activities as determined by My Save.

2.10 My Save will provide information and guidelines to provide the same standard service.

2.11 The My Save logo and promotional materials must be displayed as specified and may not be used for any other purpose without permission.

2.12 If any damage is caused to My Save or any other person, the full amount must be compensated within 15 days and My Save has the right to terminate the contract immediately.

2.13 You are responsible for all applicable taxes, unless otherwise provided by law or agreement.

2.14 Must cooperate with government agencies in inspecting and providing correct and complete information.

3. Requirements regarding partner parcel receiving stores

3.1 The Partner shall prepare and maintain the venue, including all equipment and facilities, at its own expense.

3.2 My Save reserves the right to determine the location, format, standards and equipment of the store. Partners must comply with these. If the changes are not made as notified, My Safe may immediately terminate the contract.

3.3 Partners must start providing services within 7 days after training or receiving equipment, or within 30 days after signing the contract. If it needs to be postponed, approval from My Save must be obtained first.

3.4 The shop must be open for at least 8 hours per day, starting before 10:00 AM and for at least 25 days per month (February not less than 24 days), excluding public holidays.

3.5 If the shop must be closed for more than 5 days, you must notify My Save 3 days in advance or within 3 days in case of emergency. If the reason is not appropriate, My Save has the right to terminate the contract and claim damages.

3.6 Partners must deliver parcels according to the time specified in the system and strictly comply with My Save's announcements.

3.7 Transfer of rights or change of store location must be notified to My Save 30 days in advance and is effective only upon written approval.

4. Liability for damage or loss of parcels

4.1 The Partner must inform the Sender of the liability conditions of My Save or the shipping service provider and provide proof of such. If this is not done, the Partner shall be liable for all damages.

4.2 The Partner must take care of the parcel until it is delivered to My Save or the delivery service provider. If the parcel is damaged or lost, compensation must be paid according to the actual value of the damage.

4.3 If the damage is caused by the partner's fault, the full amount must be taken into account.

4.4 My Save is liable only in cases where the damages are caused directly by the service, with compensation based on the actual damages not exceeding 2,000 baht per delivery.

4.5 If the sender chooses to use another transport service, it shall be in accordance with the conditions of that service provider.

4.6 My Save and the shipping service provider are not liable if the damage is caused by the fault of the partner or sender, prohibited parcels, improper packaging or force majeure.

5. Return of undeliverable parcels

If the package cannot be delivered, My Save or the shipping provider will notify the partner. The partner must notify the sender to collect the returned package within 3 days of receiving the returned package. If the sender does not collect the package within 7 days, the partner must return the package to My Save within 7 days.

In the event that the sender does not collect the package within 30 days from the date of initial notification, My Save is not responsible for the package and has the right to take action such as destroying or selling it without compensation. If the partner neglects to notify the sender, they are responsible for all costs or damages incurred.

6. Transportation costs, compensation and payment

6.1 Parcel Shipping Fee: Partners must top up their E-Wallet system to create shipping items and charge shipping fees at the rates determined by My Save. My Save reserves the right to deduct shipping fees or additional costs (e.g., excessive weight/size, address change, remote areas) directly from the E-Wallet. If the balance is insufficient, Partners must pay the remaining balance within the specified time.

6.2 Remuneration Partners will receive remuneration at the AMS system rate (including taxes and fees). My Save reserves the right to deduct debt payments or damages from the Partner's remuneration or other funds by notifying in advance in the system or by email. Partners agree to automatically deduct the AMS system service fee from their E-Wallet every month and must check the balance within 3 days. If not notified, it is considered as accepting the calculation result.

6.3 Payment My Save pays remuneration via the bank account that the Partner has notified in the AMS system. The transfer is considered complete payment and the Partner is responsible for any related fees.

7. Guarantees and guarantees (if any)

7.1 Security. Partners place security in the form of money or property as determined by My Save to guarantee compliance with the contract. If the Partner breaches the contract, neglects its duties or causes damages, My Save can immediately use the security to pay the debt, fines or damages.

7.2 Return of Security Deposit When the Partner has fully complied with the contract and has no outstanding debt, My Save will return the security deposit after deducting any outstanding debt or damages.

7.3 Partner's Warranties Partner warrants that it has the right and capacity to enter into contracts, that its performance of the contract will not infringe any law or the rights of any other person, that the information and documents provided to My Save are correct, complete and free from damage.

7.4 Collateral Deposit If the Partner breaches the contract, violates the law or causes damage, My Save can use the collateral to immediately pay the debt or damages. If it is insufficient, the Partner is responsible for the remaining balance.

8. Transfer of rights and change of address

8.1 Transfer of rights and change of address of partner If the partner wishes to transfer rights or appoint another person to act on his/her behalf or change the address, he/she must obtain written consent from My Save and pay the following fees: Change of contract partner: 1,000 baht per time (not more than 3 times) Change of address: 500 baht per time (not more than 3 times)

8.2 Assignment of My Save's Rights My Save may transfer its rights or duties under the Contract to other persons, including affiliated companies, without having to request permission from the Partner, but must give at least 15 days' notice.

9. Termination of contract

9.1 Immediate Termination by My Save If the Partner breaches the Agreement, its terms or causes damage to My Save directly or indirectly, My Save has the right to terminate the Agreement immediately without any liability for any damages.

9.2 Other Termination The Contract may terminate in the following cases:

(a) Either party gives 30 days' notice in writing, if the Partner terminates without breach of contract, My Save may forfeit the security deposit and refund any remaining balance in the system.

(b) If the Partner does not renew the contract, My Save shall notify the Partner in writing within 30 days of the date of termination and pay the remaining balance. The Partner shall comply with the terms of the contract until the expiration date and pay the outstanding balance.

(c) If the Partner does not open the store within 15 days without reasonable cause, My Save has the right to immediately terminate the contract and forfeit the security deposit (refund the remaining balance in the system).

(d) If the Partner breaches the Terms, My Save shall immediately terminate the contract. If the amendment is not made within 15 days, My Save shall immediately terminate the contract and claim damages.

(c) The partner specifies the same location as the original store and does not correct it as My Safe has informed within 15 days.

9.3 After the termination of the Agreement, Partner shall remove all signs, markings and destroy My Save's personal or business information within 15 days. All rights, duties or liabilities prior to the termination date shall remain in effect.

9.4 Right to claim damages. Termination of the contract does not preclude the contracting party from claiming damages or remedies that occurred before or on the date of termination.

9.5 In case of cancellation before 1 year, if the partner is the one who cancels, My Save has the right to forfeit the full amount of the security deposit, or if My Save is the one who cancels without the partner being in breach of contract, My Save will return the full amount of the security deposit after deducting related expenses (if any).

10. Maintaining confidentiality

10.1 “Confidential Information” means any information, including written, photographic, computer programs, business plans, strategies, clients, personal data and documents related to this Agreement, whether created before or after the date of signing. Confidential Information does not include (a) information that is public before the date of signing; (b) information that is public without breach of contract; or (c) information that the Recipient knows before the date of signing.

10.2 The parties agree that Confidential Information will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of this Agreement, unless required to be disclosed by law. The recipient may disclose the Information only to its directors, employees or relevant auditors, subject to compliance with confidentiality terms.

10.3 Upon termination of the Contract or upon request, all confidential information, including copies, summaries and electronic files, must be returned to My Save and destroyed so that they cannot be recovered within 7 days, together with a certificate of completion.

10.4 This Agreement shall remain binding for the duration of the Agreement and shall continue until the Confidential Information becomes public through no fault of either party.

11. Protection of personal data

11.1 The Partner agrees to manage the personal data of the sender and recipient in accordance with the PDPA 2019 and other relevant laws.

11.2 Partners must comply with the PDPA and My Save's Data Protection Policy and implement technical and administrative security measures to prevent unauthorized loss, access, use or disclosure.

11.3 If the Agreement or the law is violated, the Partner shall compensate My Save and related persons for damages and expenses incurred and shall take immediate action to reduce the damages.

11.4 Partners shall use personal data only for contractual purposes and shall not disclose it to third parties unless consent is obtained in writing or permitted by law.

11.5 In the event of a Data Breach or unauthorized access to data, Partners must notify My Save within 24 hours and cooperate in remediating the issue.

11.6 Partners are prohibited from using personal data for personal gain or for marketing purposes without permission from the data owner or My Save.

11.7 Upon termination of the Contract, Partner shall delete, destroy or return all Personal Data, unless required to be retained by law.

11.8 Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless My Save from any damages, including lost business opportunity, if My Save is sued, demanded or fined by any government agency due to Partner's breach.

12. Notification

12.1 The sending of books, letters or documents may be done by sending them in person, by registered mail or by registered email (Registered Email) in accordance with the attached documents. The sending is considered correct and effective when the documents are sent or reach the contracting party.

12.2 If there is a change of address, the parties must notify the contract in writing within 7 days of the change, otherwise delivery to the old or last address provided will be considered correct and effective.

13. Other agreements

13.1 The parties agree to comply with all current and future laws, regulations and announcements.

13.2 If the Partner does not use the system for more than 3 months, My Save may suspend or temporarily close the system without any liability for damages, and the Partner may request to reopen the rights at My Save's discretion.

13.3 My Save reserves the right to determine service points and service areas, including opening branches or allowing other persons to provide services in nearby areas. Moving service points requires approval 30 days in advance, along with documents and coordinates.

13.4 If the Partner defaults on payment, interest will be charged at 15% per annum or the highest legal rate from the due date until payment is completed.

13.5 This Agreement does not create an employment relationship. In the event of a labor dispute, the Partner shall bear all costs.

14.6 Throughout the contract and for 6 months after its termination, the Partner is prohibited from conducting or participating in the same type of business as My Save.

13.7 If any provision is held to be invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect.

13.8 Delay or omission in exercising any right shall not be considered a waiver of that right.

13.9 Partners are under the supervision of the Area Agent and shall cooperate in promotions and marketing activities.

13.10 Partners acknowledge their own risks, costs and investments.

13.11 If My Save deems that the Partner has outstanding debts or is acting at risk of damage, My Safe may suspend some or all transfers of funds without the Partner waiving any claim.

13.12 The parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through honest negotiations before proceeding with litigation.

13.13 If any provision is found to be unlawful, that part shall be void and the remainder shall remain enforceable.

13.14 The appendices shall be deemed to be part of the contract. If they conflict with the main contract, the main contract shall prevail.

13.15 My Save may amend the attached documents and notify the Partner. The Partner is deemed to have agreed to comply with the terms and conditions if he/she continues to use the Service.

13.16 This Agreement is governed by Thai law and the parties agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the Thai courts.


Compensation and Payment Rates

1. Rate of remuneration

My Save Service Co., Ltd. (“My Save”) agrees to pay remuneration to partners in the form of a revenue share from parcel delivery services, calculated based on the shipping rates of each service provider or related project, in accordance with the terms and conditions or rates specified by My Save or specifically agreed upon with the partners, which are considered part of this contract. Partners can check the remuneration rates from the AMS system or other channels specified by My Save.

2. Method of payment of compensation

My Save will transfer the remuneration to the bank account that the Partner has confirmed in the AMS system and is effective within thirty (30) days from the date of change. The account name must match the Partner's name only. The remuneration payment is according to the cycle determined by My Save. The remuneration amount will be calculated from the actual income as shown in the AMS system, which is final, unless the Partner objects in writing with evidence within three (3) days. If the deadline is passed, the amount is considered correct. The Partner agrees to allow My Save to deduct any outstanding debts, fees or expenses from the remuneration. If the Partner provides incorrect account information or is unable to receive payment due to reasons not due to My Safe's fault, it is considered that My Save has correctly paid the remuneration and the Partner must correct the information.

3. Changes in remuneration rates

Partner acknowledges that rates, compensation, discounts or other benefits may change at the discretion of My Save or the transportation service provider, and My Save reserves the right to amend or modify such terms and conditions as it deems appropriate.

4. Notification of Changes

If there is any change, My Save will announce it to the Partners in advance through the specified channels and such notification shall be deemed correct and binding from the date My Save specifies.


Computer programs and system usage

1. Using the program

My Save allows Partners to use the AMS program to provide the Services under this Agreement, provided that Partners provide the necessary equipment, such as a computer, mobile phone, or other device, for use.

2. Compliance with conditions and laws

Partners must comply with all applicable laws, e-wallet terms of service, and all existing and future My Save announcements, rules, regulations, and user manuals. Any damages resulting from such violations will be the responsibility of the Partner.

3. Remittance of money and deduction of e-wallet account

Partner agrees to remit the shipping fee received from the sender to My Save by authorizing My Save to deduct the funds from the e-wallet account after deducting the commission share. Partner must top up sufficient funds via the QR Code system for the deduction. My Save may set a minimum balance and will notify in writing. Top ups must not be less than 100 baht per transaction or as determined by My Save.

4. Top-up channels

Partners must top up via the QR Code specified by My Save only. If you top up the wrong account, My Save is not responsible in any case.

5. Maintenance of user accounts

Partners must keep their AMS username and password confidential. Any transactions made using such account shall be deemed to be the Partner's own actions. My Save is not responsible for any damages arising from such use.

6. Results of successful transaction

Once a Partner has completed a transaction, it cannot be cancelled, modified or changed and they are bound by the transaction in all respects.

7. Termination of use

Upon termination of the Agreement for any reason, Partner shall have no right to use the AMS Program or related systems and My Save shall immediately terminate Partner's user account and password.


Prohibited parcels and undeliverable goods

Prohibited goods

Partners must not ship any products that are prohibited by law or that My Safe does not permit. If violated, Partners are solely responsible for all damages. Prohibited products include:

Flammable materials, explosives, hazardous chemicals, gunpowder, fuel, unsealed sharp objects

All types of weapons, both real and imitation, including ammunition and ammunition.

Containers containing radioactive materials such as uranium, cobalt, and radium.

Highly toxic substances such as cyanide, thallium, and arsenic.

Cigarettes, e-cigarettes and related products, including alcoholic beverages

All types of drugs and narcotics

Artworks, original documents, postcards and letters

Documents related to financial institutions such as cash, banknotes, credit cards, debit cards, cash cards

Passport, ID card, official document or document with irreplaceable value

Smuggled goods, illegal goods, illegal media, or things that affect peace and order

Living things, human remains, animal remains, or ashes

Biochemical products, biohazardous materials, pathogens, medical waste

Fresh food, raw food, or food that requires temperature control, unless there is a written agreement.

Products that are illegal, substandard, or that My Safe deems inappropriate for shipping.

Plants, seeds, prohibited plants and herbs registered as medicines

Obscene material or material with obscene text/patterns

Flammable objects, batteries of all types, and prohibited items for air transport

Fragile objects or items with damaged packaging that are not suitable for transportation

Chemicals, hazardous goods, toxic substances, germs, bacteria, viruses

Complete firearms, ammunition, weapons and explosives

Counterfeit or pirated goods

Cash, checks, banknotes, debt instruments, stamp duty, and legal documents that have a monetary value.

Single copy accounting documents, lottery tickets, lotteries or gambling media

Precious metals or stones, gold, diamonds, gems, amulets, idols, or antiques

Anything illegal, immoral, or contrary to national security

Items that My Safe has determined to be unsafe, improperly packaged, or at risk of damage.

Refund Policy

1. Refund conditions

My Save Service Co., Ltd. (“My Save”) will refund partners only in cases where the My Save system is unable to provide services due to system failure or technical force majeure, subject to the following conditions:

1.1 The System is unable to provide service or access the System due to server failure or unannounced maintenance work and My Save is unable to fix it within seven (7) days from the date of the incident.

1.2 The Partner terminates the relevant Transportation Service Contract (“Master Contract”).

2. Cases that are not eligible for a refund

My Save will not refund in the following cases:

2.1 Errors caused by the partner, such as filling in incorrect information, using the system incorrectly, or setting up incorrect settings.

2.2 Temporary suspension of service according to the maintenance plan notified in advance

2.3 Problems from external factors beyond My Save's control, such as the internet or partner's equipment, or other force majeure events.

2.4 Any other reason not specified in Section 1.

3. Refund request procedure

3.1 Partners must report the problem and submit a refund request through the channels specified by My Save, such as email or customer service.

3.2 My Save will investigate the facts, analyze the cause of the problem and consider according to the company's criteria.

3.3 If considered eligible, My Save will refund within seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of approval.

4. Additional Terms

4.1 My Save reserves the right to change, amend, add or cancel this policy without prior notice. Continued use of the service after the change is deemed to be acceptance by the Partner of the new terms.

4.2 My Save's decision and discretion in refunding is final.

4.3 If any part of this Policy is in violation of any law, the remainder shall remain in effect.





This announcement is effective from 1 January 2025 onwards.

Sending parcels abroad

My Save is an international parcel delivery service provider, partnering with leading shipping companies such as UPS, Aramex, Thai Post, and other internationally recognized shipping companies. By choosing to use the services of these shipping companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Shipper”), you are deemed to have accepted and understood the terms of service set forth by My Save, including the terms of service of the carrier you choose, which are part of this contract. It is the user’s responsibility to review and accept the terms of the carrier, which can be accessed via the My Save website. These terms will be effective immediately upon My Save or the carrier you choose confirming the delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing directly with a My Save authorized representative. Use of this service is subject to My Save’s Privacy Policy.


“Users” Refers to a person or legal entity who uses the international parcel delivery service through My Safe branches.

“Shipping company” Refers to the international parcel delivery service companies that My Safe is a business partner with and that

Users can choose from a variety of courier services, such as UPS, Aramex, Thailand Post, SF Express, or future parcel delivery service providers (if any).

“parcel” Refers to goods, items or documents that the user provides to My Safe for delivery to the destination between

country

“Additional service fees ” Refers to any other costs in addition to the basic shipping cost, such as remote area service fees (Remote Area

Surcharge), destination country taxes, customs fees, additional insurance, repackaging fees, or service fees.

Other specials


Item 1. Customs procedures, import and export

My Save will assign a carrier selected by the User to facilitate customs formalities on behalf of the User, including but not limited to (1) preparing and completing customs documentation, amending or updating product and/or service codes, and paying any duties or fees as required by law; (2) acting as agent in contacting, coordinating and executing customs formalities, including export control or appointing an agent/broker to act on the User's behalf; and (3) coordinating and delivering to the consignee's import broker or other address as required by the consignee, at the discretion and appropriateness of the relevant carrier.


2. Prohibited parcels and goods that cannot be delivered

The user agrees and accepts that delivery of goods will be carried out only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. My Save reserves the right to refuse service if the delivered goods are found to have the following characteristics:

1. Prohibited or Dangerous Goods: Objects classified as dangerous goods, hazardous goods or prohibited goods according to the regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the ADR (Cargo of Dangerous Goods by Road in Europe) regulations, laws or other rules issued by government agencies or relevant organizations.

2. Failure to declare details to customs: Goods that require declaration to customs but the user does not proceed as required by law or customs regulations.

3. Specific prohibited items: counterfeit goods, all types of chemicals, all types of batteries, live animals, gold bars, currency, tax stamps or legal documents specific to the bearer, precious metals or stones, real or imitation firearms or components related to weapons, explosives and ammunition, human body parts, obscene items, illegal drugs or narcotics, and other items unsuitable for transport.

4. Any objects or items that MySave considers may cause unsafe conditions or are not in compliance with the law, such as improper packaging, products with damaged, broken or substandard packaging that cannot be safely delivered.

5. In the case of prohibited or illegal goods, MySave may seize, destroy or forward to government agencies as required by law. The user will be responsible for all costs and MySave will not be liable for any losses to the user or any other person.

6. The User agrees to guarantee that the delivered parcel is not a prohibited item as specified in this Section 2 and is in full compliance with the customs laws, import and export laws of both the origin and destination countries. If the User breaches this guarantee, the User agrees to compensate My Save and the shipping company for all damages, fines, legal costs and any other expenses incurred without exception.


3. Inspection

For security reasons and to comply with the law, MySave and/or the carrier reserves the right to inspect the shipment without prior notice to the user, including in cases related to customs regulations or other reasonable grounds.


4. Repackaging of parcels

For safe transportation, MySave reserves the right to repackage or improve packaging at its discretion to meet established transportation standards. Additional fees may apply for parcels that require special care, such as fragile parcels, high-value parcels, or parcels at risk of damage. Users are responsible for declaring the value of the parcel and purchasing/paying for special packaging or additional insurance services as determined by MySave or the shipping company.


5. Shipping costs

MySave's shipping charges are calculated based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is higher, to ensure proper delivery. We reserve the right to re-weigh or measure all shipments to confirm the charge. The user agrees to pay MySave the shipping charges, including all incurred expenses, transportation costs prior to delivery, storage costs, taxes, duties, or other fees such as remote area charges, destination duties, customs fees, additional insurance, or other special charges. Any additional charges MySave makes on behalf of the user, the recipient, or a third party, and any claims, damages, fines, and other expenses arising from the delivery, are calculated based on the rates and

The method of calculation of the route chosen by the user. Each route may have different service rates and calculation methods. The user agrees to be responsible for paying or reimbursing MySave for all costs related to that delivery.


6. Responsibilities of MySafe/Shipping Company

My Save's liability is for direct loss or damage only, up to one incident per shipment, and is limited to the actual value of the item, but not exceeding THB 2,000 per shipment, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by My Save. If the user requires coverage exceeding these limits, the user must declare the value of the item and pay an additional fee for increased coverage, or choose to purchase additional shipping insurance in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated. If shipping insurance is not purchased, the user is deemed to have accepted the risk under this limitation of liability. However, this limitation is not binding and does not form part of the contract. My Save is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from delay, consequential damage, indirect damage, the condition of the item itself, or special damage, including but not limited to lost profits, income, or business opportunity, whether or not My Save has been advised of the possibility of such damage. In the event that a package is in the possession of a carrier through no fault of My Save and is lost or damaged, such compensation shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions of liability of the carrier chosen by the user, as the case may be. The carrier reserves the right to adjust or change the amount and conditions of liability. By notifying users in advance


7. Situations beyond control

My Save will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond My Save's control, such as fragile goods such as glass, ceramics, wood and other fragile goods; goods that are damaged by their own nature, such as electrical, magnetic damage or deletion of electronic data, photographs, recorded data, or defects and natural characteristics of the delivered items; acts or omissions of persons not employed or contracted by My Save, such as service users, recipients, third parties, tax authorities, government agencies or any other agencies; and force majeure such as earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, fog.

War, aircraft accidents, epidemics, embargoes, strikes or civil commotions, and acts of industry, even if My Save is aware of such events, My Save shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.


8. Period for claiming damages

Any claim for damages related to the delivery of a parcel must be made in writing and sent to My Save within 7 business days from the date the parcel was successfully delivered to the recipient. If the user fails to make a claim within this period, My Save reserves the right to not be liable for any damages whatsoever, subject to the terms and conditions of My Save and the relevant shipping company.


9. Delayed delivery

My Save will use reasonable efforts to arrange delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions of My Save and/or the designated carrier. My Save is a guideline for service only, does not constitute a contractual obligation and does not form part of any agreement. My Save will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from late delivery.


10. Routing

The User agrees to accept all delivery routes as determined by My Save or the relevant carrier, including any route changes, and accepts the possibility that the Goods will be transported along routes that may involve stops or changes along the way as appropriate.


11. Handling of undeliverable parcels, refusing to return the parcel.

If a package cannot be delivered to the recipient, or for other reasons, such as an incorrect or unclear recipient address, the recipient refusing to accept or pay taxes, the package fails to pass customs inspection, the sender fails to pay for packaging, or the sender fails to pay customs duties, etc., it will be considered an “undelivered package.” In this case, My Save or the shipping company will attempt to notify the user (sender) and arrange for the return of the package to the user’s registered address. The user agrees to be responsible for all costs incurred from the return, including return shipping costs, customs duties, warehousing costs, handling costs, and other related costs. If the user fails to collect the package or pay these costs within seven days of My Safe’s first notification, My Safe reserves the right to take any action that My Save deems appropriate, at its sole discretion, such as temporarily suspending the user’s use of other services and/or retaining the package until payment is received.

If the above deadline has passed and the user has not taken any action, it will be deemed that the user has waived their rights to the parcel. My Save reserves the right to manage the parcel as appropriate, whether by selling, destroying, or donating it, at My Save's sole discretion. In the event of a sale or distribution, if there is any remaining balance after deducting all expenses, My Save will refund the remaining amount to the user. However, if the amount received is less than the expenses, the user must pay the remaining balance. My Save will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or loss during return shipping or during the processing of these terms. Parcel delivery fees are non-refundable in any case.


12. Cancellation and Refund

The user can cancel the shipment before the package is picked up by the carrier. Refunds will be issued only if the user notifies My Save of their intention to cancel the shipment. Refunds will be credited to the user's bank account within 30 business days. The refund process and timeframe are subject to My Save's policy. If the user does not receive a refund within the next two billing cycles, the user should contact My Save.


13. Applicable Laws

Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country from which the Products are exported. The interpretation, enforcement and resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the country from which the Products are exported. The User agrees to comply with any judgment or order of such court, except to the extent such judgment is contrary to applicable law.


14. Nullity

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the rest of these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
